I come from a small farm town and you know how those are - intimate. and thats exactly what I aim for in my photos. Those quiet moments, the ones you might not even realize are happening. as well as those loud belly laugh ones you never want to forget.
when it comes to your session i'm there to be your hype girl. your third wheel. you need a drink, i got you. bow tie tied, boom. done. dad jokes? you know i got those. i'm not only there as your personal photo guru, but to capture you perfectly as you are.

Dana is a warm and welcoming photographer who provides exceptional quality in her work. I am definitely an awkward subject, but Dana made me feel at ease and I actually enjoyed a headshot shoot we did! She also had the patience to shoot our family photos in the Fall, which included two very distracted and high energy huskies. The location was also absolutely packed with people, but from the photos we received you would think we were the only ones there! She has an incredible eye for composition and makes the whole experience fun and relaxed!

Picture a bride stressed from postponement in the middle of a pandemic without a backup plan, that was 100% me contacting Dana constantly with changes and updates. We rescheduled a private ceremony on short notice and planned a later reception, all with our photography never in question.
Throughout all the ups, downs, and changes to pandemic guidelines, Dana showed amazing patience, passion, and professionalism throughout her work. She entered all communication with me with empathy for the situation while answering every question or concern with care. When it finally came time for our wedding day(s), she was meticulous, creative, and supportive with every moving piece.
